1. Credit Card (why this is a good idea).

All orders are shipped by DHL unless they go to a P.O.Box. Since DHL can't deliver to a P.O.Box, all P.O.Box orders will be sent by Priority Mail.

Also, as of June 30, 2008, DHL will no longer offer overnight or two-day
delivery to certain very rural zip codes within the U.S.  Currently, DHL does not offer a comprehensive list of the areas that are affected, but customers can look at the DHL website at www.dhl.com and see estimated transit times with shipment tracking numbers or call DHL directly at 800-225-5345 for delivery date confirmation.

We now have a Canadian Shipping Department. Canadian orders are shipped from Canada and therefore will incur no customs charges.

For International Orders: We do not ship by USPS Priority Mail even though the shopping cart lists that as an option. Internationally, we only ship UPS Worldwide Express. (Also, UPS Ground may show as an option for the United Kingdom but UPS Ground is not available for international orders).

When will I get my Order?

When your order is shipped by DHL,

• You will be sent notification by email that will include a DHL tracking number so that you will be able to track your package on the DHL web site (provided that you supply us with your email address when you order).
• Your order should ship within 24 hours (orders made before 4:45pm in the United States and before 1pm in Canada will be shipped the same day).
